STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
We had my daughter's birthday party on October 2023. Upon confirmation of booking I had asked for the green room but I got the blue room which was not even ready. On top of that I was told that we will be getting three large cheese pizza it was confirmed at the time of booking and with the manager....BUT on the day of the party we got only two large cheese pizza and it was cold and hard. This created a huge stress as we did not have enough pizza for everyone. We did not get the 5% for return customer and we did not get two free return passes as per their birthday package. I sent an email to them the next day no one reached out to me. I called and left several messages but they don't have the decency to call back their repeated customers. My son's 10th birthday is coming up in March you just lost a customer. I have told all m friends and family to never return to this awful place.
Truly disappointed and will not be returning. The playground was extremely dirty, toys were very outdated or broken. I cut my arm on a sharp zip tie that was eye level to little ones. I told the guy working and he did try to fix it but didn’t follow up with me to see if needed anything. There are much better indoor playgrounds in the area.
We had our 5 and 3 year old birthday here and the experience was amazing the staff are very friendly and helpful !

GO TO OTHER CHILDREN PLAY PLACES. VAUGHN HAS MANY OTHER ONES. Rude teenage staff on duty. Bad communication. They insulted and yelled at me in front of my kids. Pointing her finger at me, in derogation. My kids had a horrible time because the staff yelled at me. They were terrified the staff would yell at me again. I had to encourage them and tell them that bullies will not win. I wanted to just rush and pay so they would stop terrorizing me (and by extension my kids). I promised my kids a play place today, which is why I didn’t leave. But I will not be recommending this place. Teenage Karens in the making. Their poor parents. *post-response: the fact that this “establishment” thinks it’s ok to call a mother in front of their kids names, speaks for itself. There was no reason for me to “belittle” or “harass” staff since I paid for the tickets prior to visiting. It’s pathetic that this filthy place thinks treating patrons with disrespect (in front of children) is acceptable behaviour. If they really wanted to tell me off, they should’ve pulled me aside, as opposed to traumatizing my children. Unprofessional teenagers. Clearly unprofessional management who accept this tawdry behaviour. They received a 1 star (which should be a zero) and think I’m returning one day? For the benefit of my children, I thought it was clear from my review, that I will not be returning. Heed my warning.
I went with my daughter who is 13 months old and I felt like this space wasn’t the best for her. There was only a small area for toddlers and there was no actual space for parents to sit, other than a few chair left lined up around some areas. There were 2 ladies at the front desk who were not helpful or welcoming. Overall, the space seemed very hectic and unorganized.
It started on an upsetting note, we arrived for a birthday party with the kids in an amazing mood, they tried playing with the toy machines at the front that uses twonies to dispense toys, we put in twonies twice and the machines didn't dispense the toys. How disappointing!
When I asked the front desk girl for help, she was snarky "There's nothing I can do about it"
At least be nice and send out the same message in a pleasant way.
Why even deceive kids and parents with machines that are not working?
Post a notice so people will lose their monies for nothing.
On the whole, they had some fun later but I detest that treatment / lousy service at the reception!
I'll definitely not bring my kids here knowing the machines won't dispense toys after they put in money.
Before starting I want to say that the employees here were great and accommodating, however the facility was unsafe and filthy. Most of the toys are old or don't work, many of the arcade games were out of order, there is sharp zipties everywhere, the padding is in questionable shape. They have a soccer room under the playground that has no lighting whatsoever. The slide is actually dangerously fast, one girl from our toddler party literally caught air on it and hit her head - they have signs at the top saying to hold on but a 4 year old cant read that and it clearly indicates 3 under must be accompanied at the bottom. It is clearly not well maintained or cleaned. And honestly there's not much to do. Even mcdonalds playground seems to be more fun for my kids. When you are spending nearly 400$ for a party I would expect more out of a facility and was honestly disappointed. Won't be returning here again. I feel duped and wish I had read the reviews first.
